Aaradhya Mirissa By Ocean Reach Holidays

Spacious room, friendly and helpful host ,nice location

Property is little old

Friendly and courteous staff. Great breakfast.

Ants in the room. Staff was prompt to treat the issue with pesticides.

Very close to the beach, the owners are very nice and the breakfast was good to! Totally recommend for your trip to Mirissa!

The staff were helpful and I appreciated the fact that I was able to cancel my booking after one night at no extra cost.

The hotel was not at all as advertised. It’s clearly just a new name for an old hotel, with no work done to improve things. My sheets were stained, the room wasn’t clean. The bathroom had a window permanently open. The WiFi barely worked. Power cuts were frequent and very long. There also ants everywhere. The location by the river is not the most pleasant.

Clean and comfortable room. Good shower with hot water. Perfect location across from the beach front and beside restaurants and shops. We would recommend staying here.

Our room was on 4th floor so there was many steps

Very big rooms and bathroom. Great location right next to the beach is convenient. Breakfast was nice as well. Smell from the stream next to the road was noticeable at times but wasn’t too bad.

Location, breakfast, room facilities

Lack of room service such as cleaning and rubbish disposal

Great host, stayed for the second time there. Late check out was possible ( depending on room availability) very generous and flexible. Location right next to the beach. Cute rooms, good breakfast. Very friendly team! Thank you :)

First of all when i booked, the price was 275 with huge discount about 36$.I promis you with my experience in srilanka, it is a 27$ hotel not a 270$!A building with maybe mors than ten rooms, no special feature, no special view.

The 275 $ Is a scam and froud price...

Very nice, helpful host. Very early check in was possible, good breakfast, Air conditioning, hot water, Coffee, and fridge in the room, right at Mirissa beach

Perfect location 2min walk from a beautiful beachSpacious room

Getting breakfast was a nightmare, we had to wait almost 1 hour each morning to get served

Rooms were very big and beds very comfortable.

During the afternoon heat there is a bad aroma from the dirty stream outside. But no smell in the room or at breakfast

The welcoming the staff gave me was amazing and so welcoming, great quiet location, great breakfast and value for money. Staff so attentive and super friendly.

My washing was still wet and crinkled when I got it back

Close to the beach… attentive staff… breakfast was super….. and flexible with the time of brekkie as we swam with the turtles one morning

Not too much tbh

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind and served a delicious breakfast which was huge! The rooms are also really big and have lovely comfy beds. We also appreciated having a balcony to dry beach stuff on. The locations is a two minute walk from Mirrisa which was ideal for us. WiFi was also good in the rooms.

Very delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Nice room and atmosphere.

The room's lighting maybe could be a bit brighter or stronger but everything was good.

The manager and staff were amazing, helped us with everything we needed. The location was perfect, you just need to cross the street and you’re at the beach. Breakfast was great. Thank you for everything ??

Very nice big and comfortable wooden bed.

Pleasant staff and overall good breakfast.

Had to wait for breakfast quite a bit and coffee was slightly colored tap water. Depending on wind you can get the nearby sewage river whiff

The beach accessibility, good breakfast, reasonable rates, big rooms, extremely sweet and cordial staff.
